Stephanie’s experience spans across apparel, footwear, jewelry, and home furnishings categories. Key successes include helping fast fashion retailer H&M launch in a new international market, managing assortments and steering SKU plans for Skechers footwear, and streamlining supply chain and logistics systems for eCommerce jewelry brand Melinda Maria. Stephanie received her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from UCLA. She earned her MBA from MIT Sloan in collaboration with Fudan University in Shanghai, with an emphasis on Behavioral Studies.

As a natural leader and team player, Stephanie thrives in dynamic environments and is consistently looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow. With these skills and experience, Stephanie decided to start her own consulting business, where she is able to share her expertise and help other organizations improve their Supply Chain and Merchandising strategies.
